Generally, the standard delivery time is 4–7 business days. However, due to external circumstances, it may occasionally be the case that the delivery times are somewhat longer due to delivery problems or delays at peak times, e.g. around the holiday season.
The size and weight of the trampoline package varies depending on the bellicon model. Here is an example: A 100 cm bellicon with screw legs weighs approx. 11 kg, a bellicon 125 cm incl. T-bar approx. 18 kg.
There are no duties or customs fees for orders shipped to the US, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the whole EU area. Shipments to all other countries may incur delivery taxes and duties as required by your local authorities and will be billed to you separately. This typically occurs after delivery but can vary based on your local carrier policies. Because these duties and tax rates vary by country and region, please contact your local customs authority to obtain an estimate of these costs.
